Orbit

Orbit work with the UK’s water suppliers to help people who are struggling to pay their bills. 

Orbit underwent a full rebrand from the logo all the way to the calling cards they left for clients. Everything was brought in to line and used a soft colour pallete helping to ensure that clients are put off by red letters arriving in the post. 

Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice documents were created to help Orbit’s staff know how to handle their customers and to ensure no matter who you spoke to you would get the same polite responses. This was followed through in the style of the letters, website and emails.
